Cogmaster AT2 2013

In this course you will learn the basics of scientific programming, in either MATLAB, Scilab, or Python, as well as the basics of modelling in computational neuroscience. The topics that will be treated include reinforcement learning, spike train analysis and modelling of single neurons and networks. In a final project, you will implement a model from a scientific paper.

50% homework, 50% final assignment
